You mean upload files?
I don't think you can. If its images upload to like Photobucket or Tinypic. Other files like videos just use YouTube and embed with our handy dandy youtube button (I can't believe I just said handy dandy D; ). Otherwise you should probably just upload on mediafire then link it. Or for a flash file use dA.

Yeah, I don't allow file uploads through the forum. Bots tend to abuse it and it's caused problems in the past.
